Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped from our North Carolina warehouse. Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are typically shipped the same day or the next business day.
Once your order is processed, a shipping label is created and you receive email or SMS tracking. Please allow up to twenty four hours for the carrier to update scan events.
Shipping Times
- USPS First Class or Priority: usually two to five business days within the continental United States. Times may extend during holidays and peak periods.
- Expedited options are available at checkout. Carrier transit times are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees are not refundable for carrier delays. Once a package is tendered to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, transit speed is outside our control.
Packaging and Privacy
All orders are discreetly packaged in plain, unbranded envelopes or boxes to protect your privacy.
THCA and Hemp Compliance
All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than zero point three percent Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Compliance documentation and certificates of analysis are maintained for all lots.
Do Not Ship States — Hemp Flower and Smokable THCA
We do not ship hemp flower or other inhalable THCA products to the following states due to state laws and guidance:
Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
This list may be updated without notice. Customers are responsible for knowing local rules before ordering.
Conditional Shipping by State
Some states restrict inhalable items but permit non-inhalable hemp products such as edibles, tinctures, and topicals. In these locations we will accept orders for non-inhalable items only and remove any prohibited items from the order prior to fulfillment.

Important:
Laws change often. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order that does not comply with federal or state rules. If an order contains prohibited items for the destination state, we will remove those items and proceed with any permitted items or issue a refund for the removed items.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Some customers use mail forwarding services, but we are not responsible for the actions of mail forwarders, changes they make to packages, or any customs or legal issues that occur outside the United States.
We recommend purchasing only for delivery to addresses within the United States.
